Fishing, enjoying nature, or just being out on the water are all relaxing pastimes that require extra effort for people with mobility challenges. Sharing Serenity is changing that with
their wheelchair accessible pontoon vessel, The Living Room.
In the 2022 season, Sharing Serenity, Inc. will be offering fresh water fishing on Cape
Cod; in Ashumet Pond in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and in Mashpee/Wakeby Ponds,in Mashpee,
Massachusetts.
In early spring and again in the fall, Sharing Serenity, Inc. will be offering
ecological
tours
and
salt water fishing on the waters surrounding Washburn Island; Child’s River, Waquoit Bay,
Little
River and Jehu Pond. This area, located in Falmouth, Massachusetts, offers a rich
biodiversity
of
fish
and fowl; Striped Bass, Blue Fish, Scup, Osprey, Great Blue Herons, and Seagulls, to name a
few.
Sharing Serenity Inc. is a duly formed Massachusetts nonprofit corporation with
Federal

physically
challenged to have access and experience the rich biological diversity of our local

no cost. The intent is to bring a healthy positive change to their lives; changing attitudes
from
"I can’t" to "I can"; regardless of the genesis of the disability;
birth,
